Schotel and Fudge Brownie |
It's so bad it's good
Aku mau bagi-bagi resep kali ini. Biar kita gendut berjamaah. hahaha.
So, this is definetely not a healthy recipe. But I'm your girlfriend not your doc, Imma share it anyway. LOL.
Everybody love macaroni schotel and brownie, yes? We often order it when we eat out. Making these two seems like such a hustle. Worry not my lovelies, I'll give you fuss free, 2 dish in an oven, not even take 1 hour of your life recipe. Yes, I'm aware of my awesomeness.
First thing first, let's boil some macaroni in a medium size sauce pan. Put your heat resistan bowl on top of the boiling macaroni, we're going to make our brownie batter on that bowl.
This is the recipe for the Fudge Brownie

Ingredients:
145gr Butter
200gr Sugar
65gr Choco powder
a mini pinch of Salt
2 Eggs
80g Flour
Step by step:
- Put your butter, sugar and choco powder on the bowl.
- Heat the bowl upon the sauce pan (where you boil the macaroni) untill it's more or less combined. It'll be kinda grainy, that's fine.
- Remove from the heat, let it rest while you tend to your macaroni.
- After you're done with your macaroni, your brownie batter will be cooled down a bit, and it's the perfect time to add the eggs. If it's too hot, we'll get ourself some choco scrambled egg. Which, ew.
- Add a pinch of salt and the flour, mix untill combined
- Pour it into brownie pan
Did you notice on step 3 of brownie making there's macaroni tending? Well, lets get to it. Here's the recipe for Macaroni Schotel

Ingredients:
400 gr Macaroni (or any kind of pasta you got)
80 gr Powdered milk
a cup or two water
salt, nutmeg, pepper
2 eggs
sauteed ground beef and mushroom
Step by step:
- Cook the pasta
- Mix it with all the ingredients, taste and adjust to your liking
- Pour into the baking pan
That's it people. Just 3 easy steps. Now that we got 2 baking pan filled with batter, lets bake them. Use medium heat, 25 minutes for the brownie and 50 minutes for the schotel.
Now that I've shared this sacred way of cooking, use it wisely girls. Slice up those brownie and freeze them. You are not supposed to eat it all at once (as my friend did one time, she had iron stomach, do not attempt to do so unless you're trained). This frozen fudge can last a week. Well.. that if your family didnt found it and devour it.

tips: If you want crisp edge, cookie like crust brownie, bake it longer. About 30-35 minutes. If you want fudge brownie, take it off the oven when the edge is baked but the middle is still looking wet.
